However we realize the importance of technical support which starts the day the program is installed and goes on free of charges for three whole months. After that the customer may sign a contract to specify the technical support period he wants, or include the required support period in the contract conditions. We provide technical support through the telephone, fax, internet, and E-mail. Also we provide (direct technical support service) and it is (free of charge in the free technical support period), which insures solving technical problems of the client and providing the users with the required explanation on the user’s computer once needed and in order to guarantee quick and easy solutions to any problems that may occur in the future to reach high quality performance for our systems, provided that the customer bear the phone call charge inside the U.A.E. or internet charges incase outside U.A.E.
