Dashboard

The system provides a control panel (dashboard) for each department, in addition to a company-wide dashboard. It works to simplify complex data, requiring minimal experience or training. This enables management to make quick and efficient decisions, identify risks faster, allowing for easy handling in real-time, and improving productivity and profitability.

Workflow

Designing your document workflow doesn't require expertise. Just define the objectives, conditions, and the system will automatically and intelligently execute them. You can configure approvals for vacation requests, exit requests, etc., ensuring they are only executed after approval from the alternate employee, direct manager, and then the HR manager. The system will notify through email, WhatsApp, or the mobile app for HR management to acknowledge the approval. You can also skip or replace absent managers or grant exceptional permissions according to strict guidelines.

What about employee evaluation?

The Professional System provides a complete section for employee evaluation, allowing for periodic assessments before annual contract renewals, according to the management's vision, or as needed. The system accommodates multiple policies and flexible models, making it user-friendly without requiring extensive experience or training to establish a clear policy and configure the system to request evaluations at specified times, mentioning all essential details.

The system also offers a mobile application that enables all relevant employees to conduct the evaluation process. Depending on the permissions, employees can either view or not view the evaluation summary.

What about the end of service...?

The system provides complete flexibility, allowing users without the need for extensive experience or training to terminate the services of any employee according to commonly accepted types, such as (contract expiration/termination/resignation/...). The system automatically provides comprehensive information about the employee's status, existing commitments, the number of days spent at work, and entitlements, including travel tickets and leave balances.

What about payroll preparation?

The payroll system is seamlessly designed to generate, disburse, and adjust salaries for a large number of workers and employees in the least amount of time and with extreme ease. The payroll system automatically obtains all its basic data from various parts of the system without user intervention. It provides the user with the gross salary, its breakdown, net salary, values of absences, loans, overtime, and allows the user to include annual leave allowance or any other bonuses or deductions. The user still has the ability to modify the situation by requesting the exclusion of the loan installment or not calculating overtime, and more. The system allows stopping the salary for a group of employees or restarting their salaries. After the salaries are disbursed, the system allows canceling the disbursement process, and all of this is subject to complete authorization

Linking with accounts and distributing salaries across cost centers?

The system provides seamless integration with the professional system, and it has been linked to some of the most popular ERP systems. Given the nature of some companies, they need to know the cost of salaries for each project, cost center, or sister company within the group with extreme accuracy. The system processes this aspect in detail, either by calculating the time for each employee for each cost center/project/company or by distributing salaries for each employee according to the project's value. The system provides a large number of comprehensive reports to monitor costs for projects/companies, whether detailed or summarized.
